Chindonya street musicians perform at the opening of Bicqlo, the first store to jointly sell products from casual clothing retailer Uniqlo and consumer electronics chain BiC Camera, in Shinjuku on Thursday. The 7-story outlet, located near Shinjuku Station's east exit, sells both electronics and clothes. Nearly 4,000 people lined up for the opening of the store which BiC Camera President Hiroyuki Miyajima and Uniqlo President Tadashi Yanai hope will revitalize the district. "We want more foreign visitors to experience the magical world of Bicqlo," said Miyajima. "We have staff who speak English, Korean and Chinese."

I am glad to see them back on the streets. They are fun and joy to watch. I have been sick of e-commerce ads.
