    Not sure if it was a kite, like the one pictured or a perigrine falcon, but I saw a bird similar to that one nab a crow for dinner while I wasi n Hokkaido! Perhaps that's what Tokyo ouhg to do about the crow problem: introduce kites, peregine falcons, or some other bird that will hunt and take out a crow.
