    Another select view. I just know there are thousands of people milling about all looking for a place to set down and picnic until it is just a sea of blue tarps. Nice pic, but a view I would probably detest in person because of all the peeps. Go plummeting birth rate!

    My favorite part of sakura season is the surrealism of 'pink trees'. So beautiful yet so fleeting; all too soon the green leaves take over and you're left with just a tree. This image is so beautiful I just gotta bust out singing .... "Sakura, sakura, kiiro no sora wa...."

    It has been a few years since I have last visited Japan. My wife Motoko, whom I visited in japan in 2005 & 2006 took me to Osaka Castle. Unfortunately it was in the winter and I could not enjoy the beauty of the cherry blossoms. I miss japan very much and I want to return there and visit again. I consider it my second home and feel homesick when I look at pictures like this. Hisashiburi Osaka:(

    Beautiful picture, but more beautiful if I was there. I visited Osaka Castle in June 2007. Osaka was a happening city - vibrant and full of life. I'd love to visit Japan to see the beauty of the cherry blossoms.
