Oh, I just assumed they got married. Apologies for over-optimism. Mods feel free to delete my lame post.

I'm not normally one to comment like this, but what a classy, elegant look on a beautiful woman. Watanabe-san looks handsome as well, for the girls. These "best ...ist" awards are rather silly but these two look great.

I always found Ken's monotone English annoying and his acting wooden but that was before i knew he looked so good in cotton!

Bobcatfish, good thing I swallowed before reading your comment. Otherwise I would be cleaning bits of curry and rice off my monitor right now.
By the way, Mr. Watanabe's neckpiece looks like it is made of silk. Bad form.

Guess that explains why he gets on so well with Tom Cruise.
Asaka is hot.

I enjoyed Watanabe in Batman Begins, Last Samurai, and Inception.

bobcatfish -- actually this photo makes me sad in a way. I always perceived Watanabe as being one of the few Japanese men with some significant testosterone. And here he is dressed like the ultimate herbivore. Now I understand that is the principal market here for mens "fashion", but I just wish he did not have to stoop to this to make some money.

herefornow, you know absolutely nothing about "soushokukei danshi" fashion.

bicultural -- Possibly. So educate me. Far as I see, an ascot teamed with a silly little striped jacket screams herbivore. So if this is not "soushokukei danshi" fashion, what is it?
