Kei Nishikori of Japan has his foot stretched during his second round match against Jack Sock of the U.S. at the Shanghai Masters Tennis Tournament in China on Wednesday. Nishikori looked injured during the closing stages of his 7-6 (7/5), 6-4 loss and and received treatment with the scores at 4-3 in his opponent’s favor.

very similar to the problems that Hewitt had throughout his career, the smaller guys need to push themselves that little harder. Kei biggest challenge is going to be able to manage his injuries. his playing style puts that little extra stress on the hips, back, legs

Lets just hope and pray Kei-san is fit and ready to go for the big one in 3 months - the Aussie Open. He has a real chance of snaring the prize if he stays fit.
