U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon waves his hand after watching a local traditional fan dance at a community center in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, on Sunday. The community center was destroyed by the tsunami on March 11, 2011 and rebuilt to revive the neighborhood.

Ah see. the whole country is rebuilding from that terrible event and you can see it in the hope and joy of children. it warms ones heart.
