I thought that selling too many tickets so that you're oversubscribed was the kind of thing airlines did. However it was absolutely packed last night, possibly dangerously so. I left after an hour and a half and was told I wouldn't be allowed back in, and there was a queue of at least 40 people who'd bought tickets who weren't allowed in until others left.

I think they'd better sort it out for next year.
