    Well done - I never thoiught I'd see a Japanese win gold in 100m in an international athletics event - but it has happened! She has a super-athletic body! Also, Japan overcame the highly-fancied North Koreans to nab gold in the women soccer. A great night for the Japanese girls.

    I saw the NHK News 9 report on her training and, on her victory by something like a hundreth of a second despite a slow start! Her training is definitely rigorous!
    And she is not only the fastest, she is is definitely the most beautiful runner in that race!

    Japan is doing well in these Asian Games. At the most recent medal count, Japan is in 3rd place, but sadly behind South Korea, and of course China.

    Japan is trying hard, but it appears that South Korea, at less than half of Japan's population, is trying harder.

    And no one can compete against China's medal count in these Asian Games.

    I watched the segment about her training too. Well disciplined, very hard working woman. She makes her own healthy bentos too.
