Actress Hitomi Kuroki speaks after being named “Best Mother in the Entertainment World” ahead of Mother’s Day. The award was given for the first time by the NPO group Himawari, which aims to build a better Japan for children. Kuroki, 47, who has a 10-year-old daughter, said she is by no means a perfect mother, but is trying her best. Other mothers awarded were in the political, economic, academic and cultural fields.

Good actress or not Kuroki is still yummy to look at even at 47 or maybe "especially" at 47, but... You just know her daughter is hen pecked to death about school. Even my wife says she must be a bitch at home...

While Japan is full of no-talent bimbo idols and such, Hitomi Kuroki is a serious actress having been on TV and films since 1986.
