Ice statues are lit up in various colors during the Hyoto ice festival at Lake Shikotsu, Chitose, in Hokkaido. A total of 30 ice creations are lit up from 4:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. at the lake during the event, which runs through Feb 14.

That would be a beautiful picture if someone hadn't installed cheesey electric lights. Look at the colour of the sky....

Various shades of the same colour light could have made this an interesting place to visit, however making it look like an accident at disney just makes it look cheap. And I am sure the photographer could have found far better shots than this.
