The Japan Coast Guard marks its 60th anniversary Saturday with a drill in Tokyo Bay involving 67 ships, 18 aircraft and helicopters, including the MSDF, fire and police departments as well as the Russian coast guard. About 2,000 coast guard personnel were deployed.

    I love Nyuyokuzai added to a bath and this may attract many more to the beaches of Tokyo. Who needs an onsen?
