Prime Minister Taro Aso on Friday appears at the opening ceremony of the illumination event “Koto Tokyo Lightopia” being held near the Imperial Palace and Marunouchi. The illumination will be held at Wadakura Bridge and the Imperial Palace moat as well as the Marunouchi area from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. through Dec 24.
