Jack Black and Lucy Liu promote their animated film “Kung Fu Panda” in Tokyo on Tuesday. The film opens in Japan on July 26.

My kids and I really liked this movie but, to be honest, if you are only going to see 1 kids movie this summer, I would make it "Wall-E."

Sorry but I don't think Lucy is all that hot. As for being 40, it seems to me that the vast majority of Asian women who were good looking to stat with, look go at 40. So no big deal there. However, I do think that Lucy Liu is an under-appreciated actress, whose acting abilities have not had a chance to be seen by movie goers due to the limited kinds of roles she can get, a common problem for Asian-American actors.

This movie is one of the better Jet Black movies. Mostly because he doesn't get to do a lot of ad lib.

OK, I haven't seen this movie, but after seeing the TV commercial, I think I'll pass. Shrek seems a lot better.

As a MA it hurts to see the stereo-types being sold as they are. No way above "The Last Dragon", "No retreat, no surrender", etc and yes I am only naming the western movies.

BTW, they had a good soundtrack as did "Flashdance", "Footloose", etc which I get was their selling point.

FYI, the large dude in "No Retreat, No surrender" was Jean Claude Van Dame before he got famous.
