They must be talking about Abenomics.

You've heard of "Beauty and the Beast," we now give you "The Brain and the Moron."

Economy is no laughing matter at the moment, bad taste this photo.

It seems that the two men can't concentrate on the real matter during the session as their participating is a just routine job.

Yeah, he is saying, "We've got their money! Ha ha ha ha!"

When you see someone laughing, it seems as though the eyes are laughing too, although eyes don't change. The politicians are smiling (laughing) as if each was Mr Nice Guy.It's just a pose. It's known in song (1946) as "laughing on the outside, crying on the inside".

Don't agree Joe. Only one politician in this photo, Taro Aso, whose main claim to fame is that he is the grandson of old Yoshida. The other chap is a former career bureaucrat and one of the smartest Japanese economists to come down the pike in quite a while. Unfortunately, he is charged with giving some intellectual muscle to the mental lightweight who is currently the PM. Considering this, I can see Kuroda laughing, slapping his his knees and saying to Taro "you are such a moron."

Nothing lifts the spirits like seeing rich men, directing your hard earned tax dollars to thier own pockets, and having a great time doing it.

Both of these guys must be worried about how they will buy stuff from April after the consumption tax is raised another 3%. Tee hee!

Aso: Our economy is screwed, lucky I already moved my money to an overseas bank Kuroda: I own your bank and disallowed the move haha

Aso: "Can you believe we get paid to screw everyone over?"

Kuroda: "My PRECCCCCIOUSSS!!"

I'm going to make a movie with Aso as the main villain and Samuragoch as his helping hand! This will be awesome! I will be rich soon! BTW, Abe will play the hero!

Aso: Can you believe they let me in here?

Kuroda: I think they thought you were the sushi chef. Baahah hah!
