MLB support for Fukushima

Major League pitchers, from left, Jeremy Guthrie of the Kansas City Royals, Chris Capuano of the New York Yankees and Mark Melancon of the Pittsburgh Pirates listen to chef Tatsuya Sato during their visit to the Fukushima Organ Dou restaurant which offers produce grown in the Fukushima Prefecture, in Tokyo, on Friday. The three, accompanied by their wives, visited the restaurant to sample foods to show their support for Fukushima farmers. At center is Guthrie's wife Jenny.

OK, give us the info we need. Is the Fukushima produce from the east (contaminated) side, or the west (uncontaminated) side. The mountains that split Fukushima north to south prevented the radiation from spreading west, as I understand it. I never buy any food from Fukushima as they do not honestly label the exact origin. Nice to show support, but I would not do it through food intake.

Is the chap in the black jacket treating his chums to a well-delivered tommy squeaker?

Kansas City has played over 200 games this year, including the spring training, regular season schedule, playoffs, AL Championship Series, and World Series. Can't believe Jeremy Guthrie, a pitcher of Kansas City Royals would accept the goodwill tour. It has been a long season for them. I would rest my arm for next year and not risk millions in future earnings.
