Under the winter weather, people need reliable and warm places to stay until the government provides a long-term solution. Japan stands up in a unity.

The people will need to be with others to chat a bit, to also have some food to water, washrooms to use, something to keep them warm AND they will need the sleep if they can obtain it.

This is quite a maze of people one has to admit so a good photo of the ties of stres.

None of the earlier news reports had mentioned that it is winter there, and I was under the illusion that your weather might match ours here in southern California. I suggested tent cities, and buildings for supply storage. Now that I see more clearly, I suggest tent cities for the supplies, and buildings for the people. Hey, what about the animals?

It could get very boring in there all day long. I would hope that groups would volunteer different activities or forms of entertainment for these poor people. If I could play an instrument I would love to play for these people.
Hang in there, folks. You are going to be alright.
