Nintendo everywhere

A man walks down the stairs covered with Nintendo Wii characters at an electronics retailer in Tokyo on Thursday. Nintendo reported a worse-than-expected net loss of 70.3 billion yen for the six months through September, blaming the strong yen and weak software sales.

Oh, thats a serious loss... Bad marketing? Competition? Lack of ideas? Strong yen? Probably all of them are to blame.

I can't wait for the 3D boom to fade away... no one likes it... just get rid of it.

Funny, he doesn't look covered with Nintendo Wii characters...

I think Nintendo will find its way back, as they have time and again!

    I love 3D. I wouldn't have bought a 3DS if it didn't support 3D.

I suppose over-saturation of game advertisements in an empty stairwell didn't help the bottom line much either.

Possibly also development costs for the 3DS.

Yeah, or maybe it's just the fact that Nintendo has always lacked imagination when it comes to making new and diverse games. How many Mario games are there, by the way?
