Is her dress made out of aluminum foil? Maybe that is why it won't stay up. In my experience, aluminum foil does not stick well to plastic.

Ms. Hoshino has made an entire career out of displaying careening cleavage. At some point, perhaps in her 40s, her popularity and/or income will start to fade, at which time she will go all the way, with nipples and full frontal nudity. I glanced at a not very special picture of Aki Hoshino having a dress malfunction & then went on to read all the posts (true, I have time to kill). So many seem to have spent so much time scrutinising this picture & commenting on tiny details, amazing. It would seem I am not the only one with too much time on his hands. All I can think to say is this is a picture of a quite pretty girl who needs to think more carefully about the clothes she puts. Detailed analysis I will leave to those that think such is needed.

I saw an ad recently in Tokyo Gaimusho (Foreign Ministry), where Aki Hoshino was telling people not to forget to have their Passports with them, when traveling in foreign countries. Quite funny when thinking about the Macao casino blunder.
