    A picture like this is harder to take than it looks - and it's not all software editing either.

    Not hard at all, actually - but still a very nice pic!

    That's odd. When I saw the rainbow from my balcony here in Shinjuku, it definitely came down at Tokyo Tower, not west of the Docomo tower. Rainbows are strange.

    Funny thing that rainbow was also over the rainbow bridge, funny how rainbows move depending on your position :)

    This rainbow was very bright and persistent, so not hard to capture. Also I can't remember the last time I saw one in Tokyo, and so judging by the number of people I saw stop and photograph it, it was pretty special.

    I'm sorry I missed that one. I've seen only a couple of rainbows in all my over 20 years here.

    Agreed, the rainbow is spectacular. But the photo would be a lot more impressive if the surrounding scenery were better looking. Something other than Tokyo drab.

    hereforenow, it is all a matter of taste. I love Shinjuku and think it looks spectacular. Yes, and I am a 10 minute nice walk to Takashimaya. I can see it from my balcony. Just the type of scenery for me!
