Taiwanese actress Chiling Lin, 34, left, Taiwanese actor Chang Chen, 31, Chinese actor Tony Leung, 46, Chinese director John Woo, 62, Japanese actors Takeshi Kaneshiro, 35, and Shido Nakamura, 35, meet the press Wednesday during a promotion for their new film “Red Cliff.” The historical epic is based on a famous battle in divided third-century China that saw 2,000 ships burned, and draws from a period in Chinese history that has spawned comic books and video games. It opens Nov 1 after its debut at the Tokyo International Film Festival in October.

    Geez,if they decide to make movie from San Goku Shi ,not only Red Cliff but they will have almost endless materials for good movies.

    This is actually just the first half of the story, the second part will be released in January at the same time the English language version is released. Looking forward to this one.
