    This is not a nice job to have. There are reports of rescue workers having to amputate limbs to free trapped people. I hope these valiant people aren't too distraught over what they will see.

    You would never know they were there if you read some other foreign news that report that only there respective country team is helping plus the Australians.

    Anyway those kind of arguments either way we always hear each time from some; but these helpers care little for that. Do your best and good luck.

    My guess is that New Zealand will announce it and some point, and of course thank Japan. Anyway, the media is ALWAYS that way, and the Japanese media is certainly no exception (reporting first and foremost on its own athletes, etc.). It's quite natural.

    This is one instance in which I'm quite proud of Japan, and hope they do their best. God speed, indeed.

    I wonder if this meeting could be held on a 747 while enroute? I know they need to coordinate their activities, etc.bBut, who is running the meeting and are they reading the same paper the guy in the front left is reading? Will the people leading the meeting be on the same plane?

    Good Luck !!!! They need the training !!!! Tokyo is pretty lucky for not having a truly devastating earthquake ! ! ! ! Scary to think if tokyo was hit with a major earthquake.

    Japan and Korea are two quick-respond international aid teams to quake-hit zones. We hope seeing more Japanese aid programs in societal, economic, educational and agricultural programs in Asia.
