    Very pretty. However, a few months ago didn't Tokyo announce it was going to cut down in unnecessary lighting at night? I think this is a bit much. Is this what Tokyo has in mind when they declared a few months ago, "We want to lead the way in international energy conservation and be an example to follow"?

    Let them celebrate, Tokyo Elec will hike elec charges by Y400 per household. Good celebrations at consumers cost !

    Couldn't agree more. Tokyo is more pleasing at Christmas than even NYC.
