Hello, ladies.
Is this necessary? Every time one of these pictures comes up someone feels the need to dump all over the girls in it. How you manage to determine someone's level of intelligence from a picture of that person holding a handbag is beyond me.

They are not just cute, they are beautiful. Tsuchiya-san is really tall. Yes, she IS wearing heels, but they all are. However she is the tallest of all. I wonder how tall she is? I'm sure some commenter will hit google, and then come back with her height for me, so I'm not going to go and check it myself. I'm just wondering. I'm 6'5" so I LOVE to see really really tall women.

it is a simple fact that these girls have nothing to contribute intellectually to anything of import in the public sphere, and are merely being used as props by the media to distract people who otherwise might be paying attention to things that actually mater.

To be honest, I'm kind of sick of seeing these pictures of superficial-looking girls on here.. (unless of course they are scantily clad.) "These girls are like a collection of Japan’s national treasures. They’re so cute.” Really... What do these girls do besides 'look cute', encourage consumerism and materialism, and send the message to young girls that they need to look and dress a certain way or or else...??? If these are what Japan considers 'national treasures', then it is pretty sad.

They have all been brought up (brainwashed by TV and magazines) to believe that looking cute (a.k.a childish) and acting like a 14 year old is sexy. Now, IMHO Aya Sugimoto has mastered the art of looking sexy without the childish behavior :)

Yeah, great more pics of women so the sexists can gloat and drool like pre teen school boys.These womens fees just add to the price of the handbags. They get paid to stand and smile, a chimp could be trained to do that and have more personality.
These women should be at home with a duster in hand or baking some delicous cakes.

Maybe it's a trick of the light, but the girl on the right either needs a longer skirt or realize that support hose is not the best thing to wear in a photo shoot.

In comparison to the others, the girl on the right, Hazuki Tsuchiya has the most natural facial expression. This is in contrast to Ebi-chan, where the facial expression looks like focused on the camera and then frozen - a visibly fake smile.

Hate to admit it, but the 17 year-old does steal the show. Her legs are awesome. Not like Mizuki's and Jessica's, who's are just skinny. Although predictably cute and superficial, a big part of me hopes this helps sell some handbags. God knows that the economy needs some good news, especially a boost in consumer spending.

Yeah Itano does not match the picture. Even her expression shows she knows it. Shes usually smiling from ear to ear in every photo but in this one LOL looks totally depressed and not happy to be there at all.
