  I was driving through SHIZUOKA, and I saw way scarier than this, being from Mexico I thought OMG!! The mafia had killed and hung a narco traitor, but I looked carefully it was a DOLL that looked like a human, scared the beegeezus out of me, god Japan is a funny and SAFE country!

  And I always thought that it were owls that scare crows and crows that scare mice. This one must be a crow attracker, that would make it easier to catch crows since they are apparently so delicious to eat that you can't stop eating them after eating one according to this crow restaurant owner in Nagano.
