  that is from a human point of view. The fish in the tank is maybe rather stressed.

  I've been there and it is very peaceful and relaxing, but the drive to Kamogawa is far from peaceful or relaxing. There is a new highway to Kammogawa, but take your money with you cos it's a 1maan round trip from Tokyo. The aquarium at Kasai-rinkai-koen (near Dizzyland) is nearly as good, but much less stressful to get to.

  I do not think the fish are stressed. after all they are in a fish tank in Japan and not on a plate

  Why would the fish be stressed? They are in a large enough tank with a lot of different fish, and plant variety. There is plenty of stimulus.

  This picture does look rather peaceful, wish I was there.
