    Not so mysterious if you've ever been to Zepp Tokyo for a show. "Do not buy tickets from scalpers." But the scalpers usually don't quite look like that. More like shriveled up old men in baseball caps. The signs are close to the area where the scalpers would hang out.

    Gotta love the bling hanging round the scalper's neck. - My first impression was, don't hand out tissues.

    Kyolicious's interpretation seems sound. Just to comment perhaps the sign means, don't exchange more than one presentation card with a new acquaintance. Maybe it's a graphic sign equivalent to those in shops saying, we don't exchange money. Honestly I don't know; the guy in the sign looks like a pimp though. Don't seize passports for imaginary debts? o.O;

    I'm just waiting for the day to see a don't do this sign with a person with round eyes and person with not so round eyes exchanging something.

    It's don't buy scalped tickets.... yet another yakuza scam.

    Only the yakuza sell scalped tickets in Japan thus if you are not Japanese you wont understand it.

    I am thinking of the beads around the neck thing as religious. Don't give money to people passing out literature on how to be saved.

    When I think of Odaiba, I think of Fuji TV. ?? Guess I don't WTH is going on anymore.

    On closer inspection, it's a "don't nitpick over typos" sign. :p
