Sony Aquarium

Passersby observe fish and wonder how much a couple of plates of them would go for.

Good idea by Sony ginza, to bring 48 species of fish, for public view,free at Ginza.

Cue chorus of "oishisou!" comments from the locals.

admission is free... it's outside on the street. wonder how hot the water gets being outside in a glass tank all day... nabe anyone?

They will be moderating the temperature of the water by using a “chiller” during the day, and heaters at night.

The nurse shark looks large enough to make a few handbags.

Can any shark experts out there identify this species? It can't be very big or the aquarium is much larger than it looks in the photo.

Not sure about exact shark species but could be a lemon shark. They don't grow big and are harmless. Reason why they are often used in exhibits where a diver enters a tank.

Just look at the wonder & excitment on the little girls face. That alone makes this picture special.

It's deathly hot in the city, they're not looking at fish.. they're wishing they were in that nice, cool tank.
