  Uhmm.... It's only 211 km from Sakura (Chiba-ken) to Iwaki (Fukushima-ken)

  I'd call that near.

  Considering the concern would be Urayasu (Disney) to Futaba (Fukushima Dai-Ichi) it's more like 80km further.

  Is that water tested for the presence radionuclide materials? I doubt it and I do imagine they are present in that water given the precipitation and the proximity to Fukushima Daiichi (yes, ~215km)
