Sushi Christmas cake

This Christmas sushi cake will be sold by traditional Azumazushi restaurant in Sapporo for six days from Sunday-Friday. Eight kinds of seafood such as crab, salmon and scallop are used to make the cake, which is 25 centimeters in diameter.

    Not always. For example there are two types of cheese cakes, baked and rare. Also ice cream cakes.
