    Actually, the dolphins could quite easily kill ole Santa there. They would do this by head-butting him in the belly as they do when they attack sharks.

    There is also direct evidence that elephants have larger brains than humans but that does not make them more intelligent than humans. The crucial factor is ratio of size of brain to size of body.
