The Wolfman cometh

The Wolfman cometh

Puerto Rican actor Benecio Del Toro, 43, waves to reporters during a press conference to promote his latest film, “The Wolfman,” which opens in Japan on April 23. Del Toro was asked by a woman reporter if he was a “herbivore” man, in reference to Japanese guys who are not interested in sex, love or marriage, or whether he was a carnivore. “It depends on the woman,” he said.

Funny, I thought he was American. I also think he hasn't a clue as to what the question meant.

Moderator: According to our reporter, his interpreter explained it to him.

"asked by a woman reporter if he was a “herbivore” and if a male reporter asks a female actor the same question is it reduced to sexual harrassment?

this woman was totally dumb. This is a big insult to a real man like Del toro. Just one look at him and you know that.

If the woman was Yoko Kumada, he wouldn't be an herbivore man.

I think you will find that Prad Bitt looks like Del Toro rather than the other way around. Del Toro has looked like this for quite some time now.

I loved him in The Usual Suspects. In Wolfman he is perfect.

Comparing him to Brad Pitt is not fair: he's hotter than Brad, I guess I love Latinos.

Nobody knows her, Sarge. For God's sake please do not emarass yourself with your choices. He is a great actor and does not care about your personal choices.

Never knew Benecio Del Toro was Puerto rican, I always assumed Mexican, maybe because of his roll in "Traffic". My wife has a thing for him. I can't believe a reporter asked that stupid question, can you picture him being an herbivore, he usually plays a badass?

The Wolfman was good for the Wolfman scenes. The rest of the movie is a little confusing. Dr Gonzo was great.

And that was a silly question. The man does not exude herbivore in ANY shape or form.
