Damn that looks fun.

Only because it looks like 90% girls. Otherwise I wouldn't want to be squashed in there.

Is it still illegal to do the Monster Mash in Japan or with the new dancing rules, because its bright outside, can I now enjoy myself?

The parade isnt really that much fun. Nice to see the costumes, but like @therougou said, its a like a walking-tokyo subway train at rush hour: cramped with pervs. Not so much a party, but the effort people put in their costumes was quite nice.

Been there and it's not all it's cracked up to be. The trains and streets are packed, the restaurants are full and the convenience store shelves are empty. It's just an excuse for the freaks to get their freak on.

Halloween is on 31st Oct. I am not celebrating it before that date. If you want to make a party, stick to the date., especially when falling on a Friday evening. Perfect timing.

2500 persons in costume. Only. There should have been 2500 spectators and the rest of participants...

Having fun of death is not a Japanese stuff. A pity but that is the way it is.

Happy Halloween everyone ! They sure do embrace Halloween these days in Japan, and it is good to see Japanese kids and adults expressing themselves and having fun!

Should have dusted off my Orc costume and gone along. Or maybe my little Hobbit?

The big question is will the Great Pumpkin rise out of the pumpkin patch to bring presents for us?
