  I wonder where they captured this poor beast? I prefer watching whales in the ocean - Hawaii, NZ and Australia are good places.

  I'm with you Burakumindesu- I think the poor thing has secretly cut a hole in the tank and is about to wiggle out. And, MaboDofu, whales and dolphins can manage very well with slight deformations - this one doesn't look like a cripple.
