Celebrity Yuko Ogura, 25, on Wednesday poses with mobile carrier KDDI au’s new handset (based on Panasonic’s W62P model), produced in collaboration with popular business comic series “Shima Kosaku” at KDDI Designing Studio in Harajuku. KDDI says 3,000 handsets will be produced and au will accept orders on its website from Thursday. Price range will be 26,730 to 42,480 yen, depending on service plans. The company will also boost e-book service for its mobile users. Ogura, who is reported to have broken up with comedian Masaru Hamaguchi, said, “I don’t have any special person to make ‘love calls’ to now. Work is more important than boyfriends.”

That cardboard guy is lucky indeed. I just checked Yuko out on the net. She is very spanky.

She is very cute, on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give her a 10.

That stiff cardboard cutout is scary. And the guy holding the phone is, too.

this country never ceases to amaze me as a capitalistic machine that can pick up these girls at 17, and dump em a few years later for another.

she is hot! and this w62p phone is crap. check out w64SH, w63CA, or w64S if you are a traveller.
Personally I will probably wait until spring when they have new technology like BREW2 or next get cmos censors.

That is until she hits her late thirties early forties, and we see her begging in the press for marriage and children. When will the Japanese psyche of work is more important than ones personal life ever end. Everyone knows that it is loved ones who are there to support you through the hard times not work. Then again what do we expect from the demented self gratuitous bint in the photo. Work to live not live to work. On a final note, high pitch voices are not sexy, and you look like a trollop.

Yukorin's can coffee commercial with Tommy Lee Jones was very good.
temporaryVisa at 11:23 PM JST - 19th November
I volunteer to receive Yukorin's "love calls", I'd even buy into a crappy KDDI rip off plan for it, eventhough softbank has way better deals for foreigners in Japan.
SiouxGirl at 04:54 AM JST - 20th November
"Celebrity"? She talks about work, but does she actually do something or are people afraid to call her an actress? In the U.S. celebrity means Paris Hilton, a person who does nothing.
kinniku at 07:05 AM JST - 20th November
PaizuriSan,
I am sure that is probably true. For that is non-other than Shima Kosaku the hero of the manga of the same name who has represented the ultimate in Japanese company man for around twenty years now. He has it all, career, respect and lots and lots of women...not only that, he never seems to age!
