The Kong Show interviews Christopher Cross

Our special guest in this edition of the Kong Show is Christopher Cross, a multi-Grammy and Oscar award-winning artist who is probably most famous for the theme song he wrote for the movie "Arthur," titled “Arthur’s Theme” in every other place in the world, except Japan where it’s been retitled as “New York City Serenade” because, supposedly, it sounds more romantic.

Christopher is currently in Japan with his band performing in various cities and venues including the posh Billboard Live clubs in both Osaka and Tokyo.

In this interview, Christopher talks a little about what you can expect to see and hear at one of his performances and about his future plans together with some of the other most famous musicians in the world. And finally, he shares his hopes for the future, confesses that he just became a grandfather and that he’ll be celebrating his 64th birthday in Japan this Saturday, May 3.
