The Kong Show welcomes Vanessa Williams

This week's special guest on the Kong Show is American singer and actress Vanessa Williams. Kamasami Kong and Tokyo-based musician Kaleb James interview Williams at the Soul Snacks where she sampled the chicken, waffles and cookies during her chat.

Williams has been coming to Japan since 1985 and this week, she is performing at Billboard Live and in Yokohama. Next Monday and Tuesday, she will perform at Billboard Live, Osaka. She tells us about her latest music, what she enjoys doing in Japan, and how she approaches acting vs singing.

Fans flocked to the Soul Snacks store to get her autograph and have their photo taken with her, including one emotional young mother who brought her two-month-old son.
