    If so, plan should be scrapped, has to be 17 out of 17 100% agreement.

    Sounds like the Bush Doctrine has invaded japanese politics - decide first what you're going to do, then find a reason for doing it. If the first reason doesn't go down well, find another reason.

    These incompetent politicians need to be hung up by their ankles and shaken vigorously until their eyeballs rattle and the loose change falls out of their pockets.

    They are soooooo stupid. Isn't it like ichiman nisen en? It's so small that they could pass it up easily, but instead they are insistant on exposing just how greedy and stupid they are to the public. Who's intrests are they supposed to be serving, theirs or the public's? Cause they are doing neither right now. This is a PR nightmare!
