And then 10 years of meetings to decide anything. They maybe? But in the mean time China becomes on only Asian Super Power. (O shit, they already are.) Learn Chinese not Japanese. (The dieing language)

But seriously, how will they boost domestic demand?

So, Fujii is telling us that he's not the best guy for the job?

Hmm.. Fujii is saying that we should learn about fire-safety after the house stops burning down. Give that man a medal.

"how will they boost domestic demand?"

Didn't they already give eveyone 12,000 yen to spend? Apparently some people didn't spend it!

Someone please define "fiscal discipline" and tell me why anybody without it would be allowed such enormous access to so much money.

You know how Japan's debt is some 200% of it's GDP, how there are unnecessary public works projects while schools crumble, how Ishihara was allowed to make a bank that lost tons of money, how the 12,000yen stimulus did nothing, how basic needs like baby supplies and food are expensive or mislabeled, how the Finance Minister himself is not focused on Japan's budget for at least 2 years, etc.

That's the opposite of "fiscal discipline" if that helps.

:( No, it doesn't help. Not at all. :(
