Yes more suppport for the hardworking poor and not the lazy unemployed people who sit on their butts all day and do nothing but smoke and drink their savings away.

Ensure none so poor as to be deprived of sound mothering (supportive father in background), good nutrition, community/network/company interaction.

Governments are only interested in supporting business, the banks and the farmers. The little people can go to hell it seems.

How about those young people in their 20s, 30s line up on weekdays in front of Pachinko before they open. Is this how they want to spend "help" money?

hmm ... governments are not interested in people who don't vote. the poor/homeless have a poor voting track record so, steamrolling them into non-existence works for most politicians. ignore them and they'll freeze/starve to death. as such, no need to be interested in them.

How about the working poor? Millions of us here in Tokyo, work, work but very hard to save money. This Tokyo government must do more for the regular working folk of Tokyo, not just for the filthy rich!

You have to have stable busineses to create jobs and stable financial institution for lending money to individuals and businesses. Japan has problems with aging population, and in 20 years, majority of the population will be over 50 years old. They need to make changes on tax law for young people to have more children so that they can substain the growth for future Japan.
