It's great to see some positive action and hopefully they can get the support needed to stop the whaling altogether. Now, if we could just get more action on tuna, sharks and other fish species being exploited for profit there might be a chance of saving the oceans ecology.

90% percent of all large fish have disappeared over the last 50 years. Maybe it's too late!

Australia - New Zealand Anti-Whaling Strategy Draft 46B

    1. Will not engage in whaling ourselves.

    2. Lodge diplomatic protests with local embassies

    3. File letters or protest in the UN and regional multilateral forums.

    4. Protest rigorously in public speeches.

    5. Complain

    6. Whinge

    7. Moan

    8. Spout irrationally about how whales are like people only smarter because they are descended from alien superbeings here to show us the true way to spiritual fulfilment

    9. Sit around campfires holding hands

    10. Play guitars and sing uplifting folk songs of comfort

    11. Convert the economies into vegan based subsistence communes and legalize marijuana.

    12. Set all the animals on farms free and worship them as lower level buddhist deities.

    13. Pump LSD into the water supply and help the entire population move to the next phase of evolution of human consciousness.

    14. Use newly obtained higher spiritual evolvement to communicate telephatically with the whales, and befriend them to bring about the new age of Aquarius.

    Peace
