The US is in a stock bubble, high on QEs.
Europe hasn't solved anything and is even building a cliff extension.
Japan? Well, throw more money in the currency market with very limited effect... It hasn't work before and won't work now.

Once again talk, talk, talk, and little action.

US FED will inject 40 billion every month until US unemployment rate drops to 7.8% from 8.1%. This is an open end injection to stimulate US economy. I predict that the US dollar will continue to decline possibly to 56 yen.
What Japan can do is to take an advantage of this situation to invest more in foreign M&A, RD, and domestic infrastructure spending on green energy .

Japan needs to print yen! It is a cure for destructive deflation and not a balanced budget.

BOJ needs to print and supply more Yen then FED printing. YEN is too too strong for too too long.

Fiat currency, Fix It Again Tony! It's a fool's race to the bottom by printing more worthless notes as fast as possible.
But it's the people who get the shaft just like with the WWII Deutsche Marks.

The Yen has weakened against the euro lately. Why do they focus only on the dollar?

The Yen has not risen, the dollar has fallen against all currencies.

Japan BOJ needs to print out more Yen for domestic money circulation for businesses and don't bring back Yen from overseas to Japan. Buying back Yen from International Banks in overseas is pushing up Yen value against other major currencies. Why US Dollar devalue so much against other major currencies and Yen? Because, US has printed out more money than other developed countries. They never buy back dollars for domestic money circulation for businesses to US. If International Banks’ vault in overseas was filled with Japanese Yen and then they have to sell off Japanese Yen at lower price. Later, they avoid keeping Yen. Yen value will be drop within a month.
