    hmm... Is there any Japanese bureaucrats who served for International Monetary Fund from the Ministry of Finance?

    I have been doing some readings on these qualifications, and they are not my choices for BOJ. Sorry.

    It is very unsusual we see a Japanese personnel appears on BBC's HARDtalk interview program in which BBC's veteran inviewer sparrs vigorously with interviewee. Mr. Kuroda is the only Japanese, I remember, appearred on the program for the past ten years. Kuroda performed blamelessly with a command of English. I think it is a good choice. He is a brilliant man.
