Here come's the list from China as to what Japan may or may not do,
depending upon how China feels about it. Like any new administration,
it is being tested.
I hope the extra $750 from the DPJ party undoubtedly being put straight in to the Japanese bank accounts is worth Japan willingly sandwiching themsleves between the interests of the two superpowers of the U.S. and China. Poison always tastes better when there's a little sugar on it.

"properly" handle issues --- China's definition of "properly handled" and Japan's definition might be quite different...
