If North Korea won't come to the table, what's China going to do? Open its border with NK and encourage all those 'refugees' to leave behind the murderous little dictator? Pooftah, baby. Rhetoric without a real and present threat means nothing.

Or we could do the American way and invade North Korea. There won't be ANY refugee crisis there like Iraq and Syria.

PRC can't control the little dictator and wants help giving donations to the little dictator from the other five nations involved while keeping face and some control over NK when she fails. NK is going to fall within the next five years and when they do I bet they will lobs some missiles towards Beijing as well as US, SK and Japan as a parting gift.

N. Korea needs to be sensible in these talks. Giving aid to them won't be the answer. Kim Jong Un is a pig of a leader! His brother would make a better leader because he knows the way the world works. Kim Jong Un is a child in nature, while Kim Jung Nam knows the world. Jong Un let's his people down with lack of freedom to travel abroad, starvation, old regime ways, lack of infrastructure that would have prevented disasters in his country and other things dealing with agriculture! He needs to quit acting like a 33 year old child.

Why the sudden interest by China on NK nuke program? Because Japan just took a decisive step in defense of its survival. Japan may just decide to take out NK if it is threatened.
