wow! one ...isnt this a bit late. 2...is this just another scheme to get money for something else? Like they did when the took donation money to fund the whaling industry.

Keep printing paper money without something to back it up. Standard and Poor will downgrade you to a B, then a C, a D, and in the end an F for flunking. Diversity is the strength of many nations. And since it is not something promoted in Japan because of their blood purity, they will find themselves lagging behind many other economies.

Actually if they just printed it there would be less problems. Japan has been suffering destructive deflation for years. The key would be to increase not decrease the amount of yen and this would weaken the Yen. With a weakened yen the exports would be more competitive. The exchange rate should be 150 yen per dollar. The jiji's that control Japans corps are making money hand over fist since they do not pass along the savings from the strong yen. Instead they are buying government bonds and reducing the money supply.
