    Thinking that the LDP is in power and they won't loose it soon, I believe this bill will go in the shredder.

    It would be more encouraging if the population refused to vote for the sons and daughters (mostly sons) of MPs.

    I thought it was the last 4 prime ministers were sons or grandsons: Aso, Fukuda, Abe, Koizumi (Koizumi is a 3rd generation Dietman, and he is going to hand the reins over to his son next election - 4th generation - what a feudal system!)

    no wonder gov't hasn't a clue, it literally has zero experience. I pity those who remain who actually did something with their lives and thought gov't could use their perspectives.
