There is a time and a place....

China will hold a military parade on Sept 3 to top off the commemoration of what its state media call the “Victory of the Chinese people’s war against Japanese aggression”

This one sentence sums up the theme behind Government of China's thinking within remembrance and commemoration.

Japan can dump their exports to Australia, the Philippines and India, there were japan's "export allies" . China holds a hostile view at Japan and so does vice versa but Japan is still hoping to get a bigger share of exports to China....it sounds like Adam/Eve wants go back to Eden after the warth of God.After Abe's lengthy and unapologetic speech Japan cime back to real..... Sayonara Eden!

Sadly for Japan, economics and technology are the only two areas where they can "negotiate" with China and any other nation in the world.

Senkaku island and any other territorial issues cannot be dealt with "militarily" since Japan does not have the capability and without "involving" the USA. It also involves changes to the constitution. So until Japan can change its laws and the military capacity, the only tools available are economics and technology.

Sadly also they cannot use technology for negotiations with China because the key to technology is its "use". China has proven that it will not use technology only for "good". Therefore technology cannot be a negotiating tool.

To keep the status and stability for now, Japan must as it has been doing for decades "help" China with their economic "crisis" from causing a collapse which can destabilize China and move it toward what will most likely be a war of aggression in Asia, using Japan and the USA as the "cause" for such move. And the most likely scapegoat will be the two Koreas.

Since such assistance can no longer be done openly by using and sending Japanese industrial companies in to China as in the past. That is because of the theft of technology and loss of real revenues to Japan.

Also because China by starting the Asia Banking system which directly affects the trillions already spent by Japan in assisting other Asian countries, Japan must now do it very carefully and directly with China.

It is not the deflating of the Yuan that will destroy world economy, but it is when they "raise" it in the future to what level we do not know. The entire world "depends" to some degree on the cheaper Chinese products. When China dropped the value, more countries will consume more from China, making them more dependent on Chinese products. Now imagine when they raise the rate even 2% and at the same time raise the "prices" by even 2%, siting any "excuse" that they are known to so blatantly come up with.

And we all know that their UN Ambassador stated for the record, that China will gain back its old spot as the most powerful nation in the world.
