I can guarantee they will try to fix the debt problems by lending more money to those who already have more debt than they can handle... The entire global monetary system is corrupt and and doomed to fail. You can only go on lending for so long...
We are all slaves to the 'debt money system'. Only the worlds mega banks make money out of this evil system..

The finance industry is just a big legal scam. The more complicated the investment is, the bigger the scam. Only the top few win. Just like a pyramid scheme. Invest ur money into assets like land, gold, or other currencies. Buy an aptn and rent it out. Dont put ur money in stocks or the likes. Have seen sooo many lose a great deal that way.

Scams will always be there, but they only become disastrous when governments try to interfere with markets. E.g. by forcing 17 diverse economies into one currency and then refusing to allow indebted members and their lender banks to go bankrupt. In effect, European politicians have ordered pigs to fly and are willing spent every last penny of their populations wealth to make that idiotic rule a possibility.
Until they allow the Euro to break up, this can only get worse.

Why does the solution to every crisis supposedly hinge on a global agreement being reached?

This is because of the global secret cartel that controls the global banking system and the central banks. And no, I am not some weirdo who believes in conspiracies... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swkq2E8mswI

Congratulations to England, just a matter of time now for you to get out of the EU completely and join the USA.
