Elbuda, nice new avatar there! Yes, I also hope that international bigwigs would help move Japan in the right direction to really fixing this mess with realistic solutions.

Elbuda, I'm French and I have no idea what both this guy and Sarkozy do during their days at work... We don't hear about much politics been done and they are already candidates for next elections. They have been filmed jogging together. Maybe they also play ping-pong or squash, and in the afternoon some games like tic tac toe...

A bit tough your comments indeed towards the duo ! The President Sarkozy 'busily devoted to important issues' when he jumped on a plane heading for Berlin without even accompanying Carla's delivery of the latest baby of the family, the world was moved by this. Apparently you are not among them..

Perhaps they can push their vaunted nuclear village member AREVA to do more to help in the Fukushima area, after all it was their MOX (with a lot of plutonium) that was in reactor 3, heavily promoted by AREVA.
But like others, never heard of the PM doing much. Most of the news out of France of late has been devoted to their campaign to ban the burqa, and getting religion off the streets.

Today, I saw a lot of police patrolling around Sendai. This is why, isn't it? Thanks for your care for Japan.

A visit to the centre of the action in Fukushima in support of nuclear power? Pourquoi pas?
