I hope that Prime Minister Fukuda creates great! relations with Russia, Japan needs to think its position in the world and not be a occupied country anymore. Japan needs to rethink its security arrangements and be prepared to create protection for it self. Missle Defense for incoming missles is not a defense. Only nuclear submarines that can make adversaries think before they attack you. Remember on one Day some countries are your friend, they next Day if you do not do everything they say you are there enemy. Japan needs to watch its back not its front flank. Chinese General Sun Tsu said keep your enimies close, so if someone is keeping you close, you better wonder if you are really their enemy being prepared slaughtered. Only Japan can defend it self. America will not defend Japan if Japan wants to only be Japan.
